We endeavour to deliver all Domus Classic 5cm (2”) Memory Foam Mattress orders within 24 hours (next day) – If the order is completed before 12 noon.
Other thicknesses of the Domus Classic Memory Foam Mattress (2.5cm/1”, 7cm/3”, 10cm/4”) will be delivered in 7 Days from ordering.
All other items will be delivered within 48 hours of order being placed.

Delivery of goods is available for UK addresses only and must be signed for. The address used will be that registered with your payment card issuer, unless you request otherwise and we agree to the change (at our sole discretion).
For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, there is a charge of £50 for next working day delivery.
Deliveries cannot be left unattended outside, in garages, outbuildings or porches if no one is available to receive goods. We reserve the right to charge for re-delivery if no one is available to receive the goods on the confirmed date of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are received safely at the specified delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason, you will be notified and will not be obliged to pay for the goods. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, which may be suffered by you when this is caused by any delay of delivery unless caused by our negligence. If delivery of the goods is delayed by more than 30 days, you shall be entitled to contact us and cancel the order. Any monies paid in respect of the goods, which are not delivered, will be refunded.
We can deliver to a business address at your request, but if instructed to do so, the card used in the transaction must be officially registered to that address. Delivery will also be conditional on you agreeing that anyone situated at your business address has your written authority to accept goods on your behalf. We will accept no responsibility for goods once they have been delivered to and signed for at the requested business address.
Returns
We adhere to the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 No. 2334.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us as soon as possible. We shall arrange collection of the goods (other than used goods) and will either replace the goods at no extra charge, or refund any monies paid by you for the goods.
Goods that have been removed from their original packaging may not be returned. Returns are dealt with individually by our customer services department. If we agree to accept goods back into stock they will be subject to a £50 re-stocking fee. Incorrectly ordered goods are also subject to a £50 re-stocking fee. We regret that we cannot accept returns of the following: Pillows, mattresses and products that have been made to a bespoke size or personalised. In addition, your right to cancel an order will be removed for reasons of health and hygiene if the product has been deemed to be used. We recommend that you make full use of our sales team for advice prior to purchase.
